Terms of Use


Welcome to JIOSLearn, a Learning Management System owned by JIOS Academy Sdn. Bhd. (“JIOS” or “the Company”) at domain name of jioslearn.com (“LMS”).  By using, accessing and interacting with the LMS, you agree to be bound by the following LMS Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) and the LMS Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy, you are prohibited from using or accessing this LMS.

The Company reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms of Use, in its sole discretion, at any time. Your continued usage of the LMS will mean you accept those changes, and you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.  The materials contained in this LMS are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Registration Data and Account Security

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

In consideration of your use of the LMS, you agree :

  1. to provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the LMS (“Registration Data”);
  2. to maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide us, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, to keep it accurate, current and complete, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed;
  3. to maintain the security of your password and identification. Each course sign up is meant for Single User Access only;
  4. be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account. You shall notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your password and identification.  Failing so, the Company will not be liable for any claim, loss or damage arising as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by the LMS or a third party due to your conduct or someone else using your account or password.

LMS Materials and Use Restrictions

You may view, access, download or print hard copies of the LMS Materials only for your personal, educational, and non-commercial use and where such option is made available to you in the LMS. 

You are prohibited :

  1. to change the LMS Materials in any way or copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, create derivative works of, sell, or otherwise exploit or use them for any public or commercial purpose;
  2. to use the LMS or its content for any unlawful purpose;
  3. to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
  4. to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;
  5. to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
  6. to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
  7. to submit false or misleading information;
  8. to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet;
  9. to collect or track the personal information of others;
  10. to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;
  11. for any obscene or immoral purpose; or
  12. to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the LMS, or any portion thereof, at any time, for violating any of the prohibited uses, without prior notice or any notice.

Credit System

This LMS contains some courses that operates on a credit system where you purchase credits and use them to book for upcoming Live Training Full Day Sessions and/or Live Training Tuition Sessions.  This credit system only applicable to specific courses as shown in the LMS.

 Credits CANNOT be used across different courses and also subject to the following terms and conditions :

  1. Credits are strictly non refundable, non transferable and non shareable.
  2. Credits only valid for specific course(s) as purchased in this LMS but not otherwise;
  3. Credits need to be redeemed within 180 days upon your date of purchase; and
  4. Any request on extension and/or refund of expired credits will not be attended.

Third Party Courses and/or Content

This LMS may contain courses and/or content conducted by others, as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (collectively, the "Third Party Materials"). Such Third Party Materials are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by the Company, and the Company are not responsible for any Third Party Materials accessed through the LMS or posted on, available through the LMS. 

The role of the LMS is limited to providing a platform for interaction between Third Party Training Providers, Distributors, Clients and/or Learners. You are solely responsible for your business dealings or other interaction with other users of the LMS, whether online or offline.  As a result, you acknowledge and agree that :

  1. LMS will not be responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damage of any sort arising from or in connection with any such dealings or other interaction; and
  2. if a dispute arises between you and any one or more users (whether a Third Party Training Provider, Distributor, Client or Learner), you release the Company and the Company’s Affiliates from any claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, and whether direct or indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such dispute.


The Company do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of the LMS will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

The Company do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the LMS will be accurate or reliable.

The materials on this LMS and all its related products delivered to you are (except as expressly stated) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

Further, the Company does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials.


In no case shall JIOS, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on this LMS may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Company does not warrant that any of the materials on this LMS are accurate, complete, or current. The Company may make changes to the materials contained on this LMS at any time without notice. The Company does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Modification and Termination

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Use at any time at this page.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Use by posting updates and changes to our website without notice at any time.  It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or LMS following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Prices for our products are also subject to change without notice. The Company shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the LMS.

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the LMS, at any time, without notice to you, if we believe, in its sole judgment, that you have breached or may breach any of these Terms of Use, or for our convenience.

Accuracy of billing and account information

The Company reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us.  The Company may, in its sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that the Company make a change to or cancel an order, the Company may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. The Company reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in its sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Understanding Payment Terms

You agree to pay your purchased course(s) fees as published in the LMS and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for those fees.

The LMS works with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods and to keep your payment information secure.

The courses offered in the LMS can either based on (a) fixed fee (one time payment) or (b) subscription fee at auto recurring basis.  You are required to understand and agree to be bound by the respective payment terms stated in the LMS prior to any purchase of the courses offered.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All fee(s) paid or payable (either based on one time payment or past or on-going subscription fee) are final and are strictly not refundable.

No cancellation upon purchase of any courses under fixed fee (one time payment) basis.

For courses taken under subscription fee at auto recurring basis, once you activate a subscription, you have authorizes the LMS to periodically charge, on a going-forward basis, until cancellation of the recurring payments on or before the next payment due date.   Thus, if cancellation is required, you can unsubscribe anytime prior to your next billing cycle.  You may refer to “my account” in the LMS to check when will be your next billing cycle and to unsubscribe the course in my account and the LMS will terminate your subscription with the respective course accordingly.  If you elect not to renew a Subscription, you acknowledges and accepts that this may result to your content becoming inaccessible or permanently deleted.    

Facebook Data Delete Instruction

  1. Go to Your Facebook Account’s Setting & Privacy. Click ” Setting “.
  2. Then, go to "Apps and Websites" and you will see all of your Facebook login app & website activities.
  3. Click "Remove" button if you will like to remove all data access from JIOSLearn.

Governing Law 

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
